Why does the Management Console show login errors?

Trying to login to the Management Console and get an error, see what could be causing the problem

Login to the management console to gain access to the various features. If you get an error when logging in refer to the table below to try and resolve the issue.

Resolution
Your account does not have access to the console
  • Your account is not an administrator for your organisation
  • Contact your organisation administrator to update your account for console access
We were unable to sign you in
  • The email address entered was incorrect or does not existing in the system
  • The password used was incorrect
  • check you are using the correct email address and password, ensure they are spelt correctly and there are no extra characters entered and retry again
Enter a valid email address
  • The email address entered is not using the correct format
  • ensure the email address entered is using the user@domain format
